Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping within Thailand. Available international shipping services and fees vary by destination, parcel weight and carrier availability; the applicable shipping charge is displayed or confirmed before payment.

In-stock items are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order items are generally prepared in approximately 5–7 days before dispatch, unless otherwise stated. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates.

Estimated transit times depend on the service selected and destination. Domestic Thailand Post services commonly take approximately 1–3 business days; international services may take approximately 5–14 business days or longer depending on the service, customs and local delivery conditions. We will provide the best available estimate for your shipment.

International import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless checkout or our written confirmation explicitly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs rules differ by country.

Please provide an accurate recipient name, complete address, postal code and reachable telephone number. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help with corrections, but changes cannot always be made after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, lost, returned or delivered to an incorrect address, we will investigate with the carrier and assess the circumstances and applicable legal rights; we do not automatically disclaim all responsibility.

If delivery is refused or a parcel is unclaimed, contact us. Any refund or reshipment will be assessed based on the reason for return, recoverable shipping charges and applicable law. We will not deduct charges that the law requires us to bear.
