How to Track Your Order

When your parcel is dispatched, we will send you the carrier name and tracking number by email or another agreed contact channel. You may track Thailand Post shipments at track.thailandpost.co.th. If an order-status page is enabled on our website, you can also check the tracking link there.

Tracking scans may take up to 24–48 hours to appear and may update less frequently during customs processing. If your tracking information seems incorrect or stops updating, please contact us with your order number; you do not need to wait a fixed number of days.
