How to Cancel an Order

IN-STOCK ITEMS: Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours after placing your order. We will cancel and refund orders that have not yet entered dispatch processing when feasible. If the order has shipped, the applicable return policy and legal rights apply.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: You may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order, provided production has not begun. If production starts earlier, we will explain the status and any applicable cancellation options. After production has started, change-of-mind cancellation is generally unavailable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
